BAJEST  recognizes that AI tools can support academic writing and research when used responsibly.

Authors may use AI tools only to assist with language editing, grammar correction, or technical formatting — never to generate ideas, analyze data, or write core manuscript content.

All AI use must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript (e.g., in the Acknowledgment or Methods section).
Example:

“An AI language tool  was used to improve language clarity; the final version was reviewed and approved by the authors.”

AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work.

Editors and reviewers must not use AI to process or analyze confidential manuscripts.

Undisclosed or unethical AI-generated content may result in rejection or retraction.
BAJEST follows COPE and Crossref guidelines for responsible AI use in scholarly publishing.
